– Prevent spoilage w/ easy recognition of over-sized POs, slow moving inventory, and last minute distributor inventory adjustments that should be disputed.
– Improve 1-3mth forecasts with combined insight into DC inventory levels and historical movement.
– Recognize at-risk SKUs, optimize DC shipment quantities, monitor fulfillment rates, and identify DC OH-level fluctuations.
Snowrise’s DC Inventory Dashboard combines inventory, shipment, and a wide-range of brand-specific data sets (ex. lead times, DC planograms) to communicate on a weekly basis what’s in great shape vs. what requires attention to avoid out-of-stock events. And to streamline execution of these actions, reports are designed to be shared with each distributor since the underlying data is their data.
Enhancements to the Risk Summary section bring together more proactive alerts and insights to facilitate rapid discovery and execution of needed actions. Risk Summaries are generated for each distributor to streamline sharing with the appropriate individuals.
POG – identifies the DC-approved items and ensures inclusion even when items disappear from the distributor’s data set.
OH Cases – to flag potential DC delivery delays, a new alert highlights items with less than two weeks of OH inventory remaining (yellow).
Weeks of OH+OO Remaining – proactive alerts identify if a new PO should be requested from the distributor to avoid or minimize future out-of-stock events. At-risk items are detected by leveraging shipment velocities, OH+OO quantities, and lead times.
Avg Wkly Cases – optional alert identifies items that have fallen below brand-defined minimum velocity targets.
New PO Case Qty For Desired Inventory Timeframe (#) – identifies the ideal quantity for a new PO so that the delivery is depleted within the Desired Inventory Timeframe at the DC.
Fill Rate % (KeHE only) – communicates weekly order/shipment fulfillment performance.
